Nest Hair Studio is a reflection of its founder, Niki King. Niki is an accomplished stylist with more than 25 years’ experience in Calgary.

Simple, clean, private and inclusive, Nest Hair Studio is known for effortless hair that suits your busy lifestyle. Inspired by Fashion, Music, Art and Culture, Niki has demonstrated through her work that hair can be transformative. It can inspire confidence, self love, and self expression.

Everyone is welcome at Nest, by appointment only. 

With a focus primarily on “lived in” hair, Niki is a master of original looks, modern shags, heavy texture, and razor/dry cutting. She is confident working with all hair types and consistently achieves edgy and easy to maintain styles. Looks that are intentionally unrefined are her passion.

(to chin or just below)
Women’s long, thick, coarse or curly hair – $120 +GST
(around top of shoulders and below)

Men’s short hair – $75+GST
(shorter hair, NO fades or clipper work)
Men’s long hair – $85 +GST

Dry haircut requests are the same prices.

Pricing is the same regardless of age.

The studio unfortunately does not accommodate small children and is not accepting any new children as clients at the moment. Thank you.

Nest Hair Studio is conveniently located in the Calgary community of Mission, on the second floor of the UltraWhite Clinic at 1819 4th Street SW. Free parking is available on site.
